Tenuta Valdorso hosts its own We-Food restaurant, available to all guests and also open to non-guests.

At about a 20-minute drive from Acqui Terme, Tenuta Valdorso’s We-Food restaurant in Montechiaro d’Acqui offers a totally new menu every day.
The Staff buys, prepares and serves our guests fresh food every day: we take waste-reduction very seriously in our restaurant, just as we do elsewhere. Guests are offered quality, sustainable food

Elisa is We-Food’s young chef, having matured professionally right here at Tenuta Valdorso, right up to becoming the Head of the kitchen.
Every day, she transforms our fresh ingredients grown on our on-site farm We-Farm, into sophisticated, delicious meals that reflect her creativity and passion.

The concept of the We-Food restaurant is getting luxury from simplicity: high quality and respect for raw materials, so we can guarantee satisfying, genuine, healthy food to our customers.

Tenuta Valdorso’s We-Food  is equipped with an inside dining room and an outside dining room.
